1. Servings

There are 21 servings per can of Herbalife Formula 1 Shake (& Protein Drink Mix (PDM)) so it follows that if you are:

• Replacing your breakfast, the programme will last 21 days or

• Other products may provide a different number of servings per container, so these will be noted in the explanation

2. The Net Cost of a Herbalife Nutrition Programme

The cost of a programme may not be an outright additional cost to your household food budget. For example, you can work out the net cost of a programme by comparing the cost of your regular breakfast and lunch over 21 days against the cost of a programme.  

Many people find that they save money, with the bonus of feeling great because of the improved nutrition and weight loss.

Of course, even if your existing meals are cheaper per meal, they may lack nutritional value and carry the high calorie load that has resulted in undesired weight gain, so a lack of nutritional quality may not be good value in terms of your long-term health and wellness.
