• Replacing your breakfast, the plan will last 21 days or
• Replacing 2 meals per day, as part of the 5 Small Meal Weight Loss Plan, this plan will last for 11 days.

Herbalife Tea (Thermo) has 58 Servings per container, so if you have a couple of cups per day it will last around a full month.
